KILN CHAIN CLINKER COOLER CHAIN
Castalloy’s kiln chain for rotary kilns are widely used in cement plants. These chains are manufactured to meet the demands of rotary kiln thermal efficiency developments. Castalloy rotary kiln chain linings are of a high heat and abrasion resistant alloy steel material and are installed at the feed and drying end of rotary kilns where the operating temperature is usually 1500 F or 815 C. They highly assist with further clinker drying and are made to perfectly adapt to customer specification requirements. 
NOSE RINGS
Castalloy nose rings for rotary kiln feed and discharge ends are manufactured of a unique abrasion and heat resistant stainless steel to provide excellent performance throughout the intense Heat and Abrasion factors experienced during the operation of rotary kilns. Design and dimension wise, Castalloy nose rings are made according to the demands of every individual rotary kiln. Due to very frequent cases where competition wear parts fail, cement plants request Castalloy many times to actively involve in wear part enhancement and redevelopment projects around many areas of the cement production process.
